Spawn System

I still don't understand why the spawns haven't advanced with the release of each COD title...
If anything the spawn system is as worse as it's ever been!

Just curious to know what you guys think and what should we expect from a patch if it ever comes about?

The spawns are definitely terrible. There is not doubting that.

I think a patch that spawns you on the other side of the map from where you died is essential for preventing spawn killing. Similarly you should spawn at a site that is the farthest from an enemy presence. MW2 had a pretty decent spawn system. Why can't they just copy that?

yeah it's deffinetly the worst since cod4, I've never had problems like this before.

Funny thing is if you have a look at vahns (i think, its one of the devs anyway) post on the forums he thinks the system is actually good and then goes on to explain how the spawn system works. And the only problem he thinks is nuketown which he said he doesnt care about because the map is so small anyway which is understandable.

But everyone knows it's a joke, theres problems on bigger maps aswell.

yesturday i played a match in havana, to my disbelive, the person i just killed on the left side of the road down the end of the map with the bus. ( he was just crossing the street, i think he was looking out for cars..) spawned RIGHT next to my team mate in a alley just on the right side of the map.. excactly a mirror image of were he died.., i thought it was another team mate who spawned i didnt do nothing, then watdoya'no?..... 1 of my team mates who is in full comando mode scoping around the corner gets killed buy some random who wasnt there 2 sec's ago....

i know this isnt to do with spawning, but ive been hearing around the grounds that there is something called an auto aimer???

apparently something that means as soon as they see you they pull the trigger and hit you straight away and never miss????

ive played against two players that were apparently using it, and you can only kill them if they dont see you!!!

where and why do these people get these things?

Aim-bot...

This cheat/hack has been around on PC gaming since Counter Strike (years)

Luckily the technology to use this cheat on PS3 or Xbox isn't available...
There has been plenty of speculation on all COD titles that using an Aim-bot on Xbox or PS3 is possible!
It's all hear-say though, and if the cheat becomes available it will quickly be updated.
